Designing the creator discovery, campaign management and reporting tools behind Buzzoole's influencer marketing platform — built for brands and creators alike.
As Lead Designer at Buzzoole, I helped build the tools that powered the platform's end-to-end influencer marketing model — from creator discovery through campaign management to reporting. My work spanned the full loop: user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and documentation for engineering handoff, across both the brand-facing and creator-facing sides of the product.
The right creator, buried in the wrong tools.
Buzzoole connected brands with influencers at scale, but the tools meant to power that discovery hadn't kept pace. Both sides of the marketplace were struggling: creators lacked a clear way to manage collaborations, and brands couldn't easily surface the right talent or make sense of campaign data.
User research surfaced two workflows in urgent need of rethinking — creator discovery and campaign management — with a shared root cause: limited access to actionable data, and search tools too blunt for a fast-growing, highly segmented creator economy.
From scattered workflows to one connected toolset.
Understanding User Needs
Working closely with the product team, I mapped how creators and brands actually moved through campaigns — from first search to final payout — and surfaced the sharpest pain points: data that was hard to act on, and search tools too rigid to find the right match. The research made the case for advanced filtering, richer data visualization, and simpler end-to-end management.
Ideation & Wireframing
Wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes translated those findings into a concrete direction, refined through iterative reviews with stakeholders. The centerpiece was the Creator Search Tool: smart filters for demographics and brand mentions, content filters for performance metrics, and expandable creator cards that let brands invite talent, manage campaigns, and save profiles in a single click.
Designing for Campaign Management
For brands, I designed the Brands Area — a dashboard that carries a campaign from planning through completion. It aligned campaigns with business objectives and KPIs, and gave brands and their selected creators a shared space to track progress together.
Enhanced Data Visualization
I redesigned the menu and navigation of Buzzoole's reporting tool, turning dense influencer-marketing data — reach, engagement, audience breakdowns — into something brands could actually read and act on at a glance.
A toolset built for both sides of the marketplace.
The redesign significantly improved efficiency by making creator discovery faster and campaign management clearer for brands. Intuitive data visualizations helped teams make informed, data-driven decisions — and the tools were built to serve both creators and brands, with high user satisfaction throughout.
A white-label influencer platform
I designed a white-label version of Buzzoole's Creators Discovery product for LastMinute.com and the TravelPeople group — a landing page where influencers could sign up and connect their channels, prototyped in Figma. I also built TravelPeople's personalized brand area on top of it, matching LastMinute's own style guide and colors so their team could run influencer marketing campaigns inside a fully branded environment.
